Forming of the death certificate

Our Funeral parlor also offers taking care of forming death certificates.

To commission such a service, please deliver:

• ID of the Deceased, which has to be returned to the Register Office

• The Death Card made by a doctor or a hospital

We hand over all 3 copies of the death certificate, issued by the Register Office, to the Family.

If needed the Family can ask for more copies of the death certificate than these 3 entitled to obtain.

Every extra copy of the death certificate is additionally charged by the Register Office.
